Argentine Returns to Premier League After Sacking from Paris Saint-Germain

Chelsea Football Club are delighted to announce the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino as their new head coach.

The Argentine boss joins the Blues after reaching a mutual agreement to leave his position at Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain. Pochettino, who previously managed Tottenham Hotspur and PSG, will officially take charge of the London club on July 1st, 2023.

Chelsea had been searching for a new head coach since sacking Graham Potter on April 2nd. Pochettino, who has a proven track record of success at both club and international level, emerged as the club's top target.
