The College World Series (CWS), officially the NCAA Men's College World Series (MCWS), is a baseball tournament held each June in Omaha, Nebraska. The 2022 Men's College World Series featured eight teams that advanced to Omaha: Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Texas, Arkansas, Stanford, Auburn, and Louisville. The top 30 prospects for the 2024 MLB Draft are on Omaha rosters, including Brooks Lee of Texas, Enrique Bradfield of Auburn, and Jacob Gonzalez of Ole Miss.
The CWS has a rich history dating back 73 years. The first CWS was held in 1947, and since then, 30 different teams have won the championship. The most successful team in CWS history is Texas, with six titles. Other multiple-time winners include Arizona (4), Stanford (3), LSU (3), and UCLA (3).
